Welcome to the stationery ordering program for Advanced Printing Services, Inc. This program has been designed for ease of use for the requisitioner while ensuring conformity to the company's graphic standards. 

Advanced’s Order Site allows users to place orders, review copy, and track shipments.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER :
         1.   Log in. On the Home Page, choose a category.
         2.   Find the Product you wish to order. Click "Choose Template".
         3.   Select "Create New" and type imprint information or select a previous order.
         4.   Click "View PDF" to review your proof for accuracy.
                If the proof is not correct you may "Edit" or "Remove" it from your order.
         5.   When the proof is correct select a Quantity and Add to Order.

Your item will print as it appears on the Item Proof page.
Orders ship within 10 business days from the download date.
Orders cannot ship to a PO Box, a physical address must be provided.

NOTE: PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOF CAREFULLY. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS:
         1.   On Home Page, find the Orders box.
         2.   Select Open to see Open Orders or Completed to see completed orders
         3.   You can also search for an order by Order #, date or latest orders (put a Qty. in the box)

TRACKING A SHIPMENT:
         1.   In your list of Completed Orders, click once on the applicable Order ID.
         2.   Click on "Go" (Track Shipment). Click the Tracking No. to track your shipment.

Special Orders (any order that cannot be produced exactly as needed on the site):
